What is TrinEats Flexible Delivery?

TrinEats’ Flexible Delivery service allows you to get your favourite fast food delivered from any restaurant in Princes Town, even if they’re not currently listed on our website. You can either place the order yourself with the restaurant and provide us with the details, or we can handle everything for you! Simply let us know the details in our request form below, and we’ll handle the rest.

How It Works

    • We’ll pair you with an available driver. You’ll get a tracking link with a live ETA the moment your order is collected.
  3. Payment:
    • Pay the delivery fee and any reimbursement for the order total via Cash on Delivery, PayWise Transfer or Online Payment.

TrinEats Flexible Delivery fee is determined by the distance from the restaurant in Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago:

  • 0 – 5 KM: $25.00 TTD
  • 5 – 8 KM: $30.00 TTD (Subject to Availability – Please Check with Us First)

Our flexible delivery service is currently available within a 3-5 KM radius in Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago. We’re working hard to reach more areas soon!

To ensure student safety, we deliver to residential and commercial addresses only. School staff may order for campus drop-off at designated visitor entrances; ID verification is required.

  • Right to Refuse Service: TrinEats reserves the right to cancel any request that is outside our service areas, involves non-food/drink items, or involves packages deemed too large or unreasonable for our delivery fleet.
  • Driver Safety: To protect our team, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed unsafe, poorly lit, or inaccessible.
  • School Policy: To maintain the safety of the student community and comply with school security protocols, TrinEats does not deliver to primary or secondary school students. School staff may use our service. However, they must meet the driver at the designated visitor entrance and provide a valid ID before handover.
  • Information Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing precise details in the request form. TrinEats is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect contact information or vague order details.
  • Purchasing Agency: TrinEats acts as a facilitator. We are only responsible for placing orders when explicitly requested via the form. Customers remain 100% responsible for the total cost of the food and the delivery service.
  • Communication: We will communicate with you via the contact information provided on the request form if required, especially regarding order clarifications or delivery updates.
  • Reimbursement & Payouts: If TrinEats pays for your order in advance, you must reimburse the driver for the full cost plus the delivery fee via PayWise, Cash, or Online Payment. Failure to reimburse will result in the order being withheld and the delivery address being permanently blacklisted.
  • Liability & Food Quality: TrinEats is a logistics provider. We are not liable for food quality, preparation errors, or damage occurring at the restaurant. Our responsibility and “Chain of Custody” begin only once the order is collected by our driver.

Do you deliver outside of Princes Town?

Yes, sometimes. Standard delivery is within a 5KM radius from your chosen restaurant in Princes Town. We may extend deliveries to areas between 5KM and 8KM from Princes Town (including Indian Walk, New Grant, Manahambre, Cedar Hill, Lengua, Fifth Company, and some parts of St. Mary's Village during off-peak hours. What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept:

  2. Online Payments (Visa/ Mastercard): 3.5% + $3.00 fee applies.

  3. PayWise Transfer: Send to 1 (868) 790-6346.

What if there's a problem with my order?

We want your TrinEats experience to be perfect!

  • If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our live chat support at the bottom right of this page immediately, providing your order number if available.
  • For delivery-related problems (e.g., missing items, if you suspect the wrong order was picked up), our team will investigate and work towards a solution.
  • For issues concerning the food itself (e.g., incorrect preparation, quality), please contact the restaurant directly, as they are responsible for the contents of your meal.
Can I order from multiple restaurants at once?

Not at the moment. Each order is a direct delivery from one restaurant to you.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order required. However, the standard delivery fee applies to all orders.
