What is TrinEats Custom Delivery?
TrinEats’ Custom Delivery service allows you to get your favourite fast food delivered from any restaurant in Princes Town, even if they’re not currently listed on our website. You can either place the order yourself with the restaurant and provide us with the details, or we can handle everything for you! Simply let us know the details in our request form below, and we’ll handle the rest.
How It Works
- Request Delivery:
- Click “Request Custom Delivery” and fill out the form. Indicate if you’ve already ordered from the restaurant. (See example below)
- Confirmation:
- We’ll confirm delivery availability and the estimated delivery time after collecting your order.
- Payment:
- Pay the delivery fee and any reimbursement for the order total via Cash on Delivery, PayWise Transfer or Online Payment.


Delivery Fees
TrinEats Custom Delivery fee is determined by the distance from the restaurant in Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago:
- 0 – 5 KM: $25.00 TTD
- 5 – 8 KM: $30.00 TTD (Subject to Availability – Please Check with Us First)

Important Stuff (Please Read Carefully)
- TrinEats reserves the right to cancel any delivery request that is outside our service areas, involves items that are not food or drink, or if the package is deemed too large or unreasonable for our delivery service.
- For the safety of our delivery drivers, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
- Please provide accurate and detailed information in the request form to ensure a smooth delivery process. This includes clear order details and correct contact information.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of their order, whether they place it themselves or request TrinEats to do so. TrinEats is only responsible for placing orders when explicitly requested by the customer in the request form.
- We will communicate with you via the contact information provided on the request form if required, especially regarding order clarifications or delivery updates.
- If TrinEats pays for your order in advance (when you request us to place the order), you must reimburse the driver for the full order cost plus the delivery fee via PayWise Transfer, Cash on Delivery or Online Payment. Failure to reimburse the driver will result in the order being withheld and your address being blacklisted.
- TrinEats is not liable for any damage to the goods that occurs before or during restaurant preparation. Our responsibility begins once the order is collected from the restaurant.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Yes, sometimes. Standard delivery is within a 5KM radius from your chosen restaurant in Princes Town. We may extend deliveries to areas between 5KM and 8KM from Princes Town (including Indian Walk, New Grant, Manahambre, Cedar Hill, Lengua, Fifth Company, and some parts of St. Mary's Village during off-peak hours. - For issues concerning the food itself (e.g., incorrect preparation, quality), please contact the restaurant directly, as they are responsible for the contents of your meal.
Not at the moment. Each order is a direct delivery from one restaurant to you.
No minimum order required. However, the standard delivery fee applies to all orders.
