How it Works
Welcome to TrinEats! Here’s a general overview of what you can expect when you partner with us:
- Easy Registration: Once you sign up, our administrative team receives your details for review.
- Verification: We’ll check your information to ensure accuracy and may contact you if we need further details.
- Approval: Upon successful review, your account will be approved.
- Store Configuration: You’ll be able to personalize your TrinEats store by uploading your logo and a cover image or video.
- Payment Details: Securely provide your bank account information for receiving payments.
- Dashboard Access: You’ll gain access to your TrinEats vendor dashboard to manage your orders, menu, and store settings.
- Terms and Privacy: By joining TrinEats, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which outline the guidelines of our partnership. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Statement to understand how we handle your information and the data required for participation on the platform.
- Free Training: You’ll receive an invitation to our comprehensive 1-hour online training session. We’ll guide you through the platform’s features and functionalities, followed by a 30-minute Q&A to ensure you’re confident in managing your store.
- Photography Service (Optional): If you require professional food photography, simply email your request to Photonix to schedule a photoshoot.
- Menu Listing: Easily add your menu items with descriptions and pricing to your TrinEats store.
- Order Notifications: New customer orders will be sent directly to your designated email address.
- Email Filtering (Optional): For high order volumes, we recommend setting up a notification app (details provided in training) to filter and prioritize new order emails.
- Customer Interaction: Customers can ask questions about your menu or orders directly through the platform.
- Order Cancellation: Customers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order. You’ll receive an email notification if this occurs.
- Order Fulfillment (Pickup & Delivery):
- Customers can place orders for either pickup or delivery.
- Delivery: Our network of TrinEats delivery drivers will be notified to pick up the order from your restaurant and deliver it to the customer.
- Pickup: Customers will collect their orders directly from your premises.
- Marking Orders as Completed: Once an order has been successfully picked up by the customer or a delivery driver, you must mark it as “Completed” in your TrinEats dashboard. You will only be paid for orders marked as completed.
- Centralized Payment Collection: TrinEats securely collects all payments from customers through various online methods, including robust fraud checks.
- Cash on Pickup: For pickup orders, customers have the option to pay with cash directly to you.
- Weekly Payouts: Payments for the previous week’s completed online sales will be processed every Wednesday, ensuring you typically receive them by Friday.
- Cash Order Commission: If you collect cash for pickup orders, we will schedule a reverse payment to collect our commission on those sales.
- Customer Ratings and Feedback: Customers can rate your store and provide feedback on their experience.
- Admin Approval of Feedback: All ratings and feedback will be reviewed and approved by the TrinEats admin team to ensure fairness and quality control.
